And more importantly, who's going to answer all those questions so nobody has to keep coming looking for you?
Well, that's where I come in!
With over 30 years of experience in hospitality and weddings, I'm very used to what's happening behind the scenes while everyone else is enjoying themselves.
I'll be there to liaise with your venue and suppliers, keep an eye on timings, answer questions and make sure the arrangements you've worked so hard on are coming together.
And if something needs a little attention along the way, I'll be there to help sort it out.
Because you've already done the planning. You shouldn't have to spend your wedding day managing it too!

Now, every wedding is different, and what one couple needs a hand with might be completely different from another.
Maybe you've already got your ceremony organised, your suppliers booked and everything planned down to the last little detail.
But you're starting to wonder who's actually going to keep an eye on everything when the day arrives!
Or perhaps you're thinking, wouldn't it be lovely to have the same person looking after our wedding ceremony AND helping everything run smoothly afterwards?
Well, the good news is, I can help with either!
You might just need someone experienced at your reception venue, making sure the arrangements you've already made come together while you're off enjoying yourselves.
Or you might prefer me to conduct your wedding ceremony and then swap my solemniser hat for my wedding coordination hat!
Either way, you'll have someone who knows weddings inside out, understands how venues operate and genuinely enjoys looking after all those little details.
Because whether I'm conducting your ceremony, coordinating your celebrations or doing a little bit of both, my job is to make sure you feel looked after.

Day-of Wedding Coordination

Now wouldn't it be lovely to hand over the running around to someone else and just enjoy yourself?
That's where my Day-of Wedding Coordination service comes in.
I'll be there at your reception venue, keeping an eye on the arrangements you've made, liaising with suppliers, checking timings and making sure everyone knows where they need to be.
And if someone has a question about the seating plan, the photographer needs a hand gathering everyone for photographs or something needs a little attention, I'll be there to help.
We'll also spend time going through your plans in the weeks leading up to your wedding, so I'll know what's important to you and how you'd like everything to come together.
Because you've done all the hard work organising your wedding.

Now, here's something a little different!
Imagine having the same familiar face looking after your wedding ceremony and helping everything come together afterwards.
Someone who already knows your plans, understands what's important to you and has been there helping you prepare for the big day.
Well, that's exactly what this option offers!
I'll create and conduct your personalised wedding ceremony, making sure it's everything you'd love it to be.
And once you've said your vows and the celebrations begin, I'll be there to help coordinate the arrangements you've made with your venue and suppliers.
From checking that everything is ready for your ceremony to keeping an eye on timings and helping guests find their way, I'll be looking after those little details behind the scenes.
One familiar face, looking after two very important parts of your wedding day.
And hopefully, giving you one less thing to think about!
Day-of Wedding Coordination
What's Included
Before Your Wedding
Although it's called Day-of Wedding Coordination, my involvement begins approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding.
- An initial consultation to discuss your plans and arrangements.
- A review of your wedding day timeline and supplier details.
- Liaising with your venue and suppliers to confirm arrangements.
- Checking important details, including menus, table plans, names and timings.
- An optional venue walkthrough, where appropriate.
- Discussing contingency plans, particularly if you're planning anything outdoors.
On Your Wedding Day
I'll arrive at your reception venue at approximately 11am, or at an agreed time, and remain until guests are called for their wedding meal, usually around 6pm.
During that time, I'll:
- Act as a main point of contact for your venue and suppliers.
- Check that the agreed arrangements are in place.
- Keep an eye on timings and help everything run smoothly.
- Assist with guest movement and coordination of family photographs.
- Help manage any last-minute changes or unexpected issues.
- Have my little emergency kit on hand for those inevitable wedding day surprises!
A Little More Information
This service covers coordination at one wedding venue during the agreed hours.
I'll work alongside your venue team and suppliers, but responsibilities such as moving furniture, setting up equipment or turning around function rooms remain with the appropriate teams.

Before Your Wedding
- An initial consultation to chat about your wedding plans, ceremony and celebrations.
- Creating and conducting your personalised wedding ceremony.
- Guidance with vows, readings and any symbolic rituals you'd like to include.
- A personalised ceremony script, with two drafts included.
- Wedding day coordination planning beginning approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding.
- Reviewing your wedding day timeline and supplier arrangements.
- Liaising with your venue and suppliers to confirm the final details.
- An optional venue walkthrough, where appropriate.
- Discussing contingency plans and any special arrangements.
On Your Wedding Day
I'll arrive in plenty of time to prepare for your ceremony, with my arrival time agreed according to your wedding arrangements.
I'll conduct your wedding ceremony and then continue looking after the coordination of your celebrations until guests are called for their wedding meal, usually around 6pm.
During that time, I'll:
- Check that everything is ready for your wedding ceremony.
- Conduct your personalised ceremony, including the legal declarations where applicable.
- Liaise with your venue and suppliers throughout the day.
- Act as a main point of contact for questions and last-minute arrangements.
- Keep an eye on timings and help everything flow smoothly.
- Assist with guest movement and coordination of family photographs.
- Help manage unexpected changes or issues.
- Look after the little details that might otherwise fall to you or your family.
A Little More Information
This package combines your wedding ceremony with coordination at one wedding venue during the agreed hours.
I'll work alongside your venue team and suppliers, but moving furniture, resetting rooms and setting up equipment remain the responsibility of the appropriate teams.
My coordination services finish at the agreed time, normally when guests are called for their wedding meal.
