I'm Karen O'Beirne, a registered solemniser in the Republic of Ireland and a registered officiant in Northern Ireland.
Based in County Louth, I travel across both jurisdictions to create and conduct legal wedding ceremonies.
Whether it's a Saturday afternoon, a Sunday morning or a romantic sunset ceremony, I'm available seven days a week, at a time that suits you, subject to availability and legal requirements.
I'm based in County Louth, but I really love getting out and discovering new places! From beautiful hotels and castles to intimate private venues and somewhere a little different, I'm always delighted to travel throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland to be part of your special day.

Hi there, I'm Karen O'Beirne, a wedding celebrant and registered solemniser, and I absolutely love what I do!
Before becoming a celebrant, I spent over 20 years looking after weddings at Ballymascanlon House Hotel. From meeting couples for the first time to helping them plan their big day, answering their questions and making sure everything ran smoothly, weddings were a huge part of my life.
These days, I'm the one conducting the ceremony! And I bring all those years of experience, care and attention to detail with me.
Whether I'm creating your wedding ceremony or looking after the details of your wedding day, I want you to feel completely at ease, knowing you're in good hands from our very first chat right through to the celebrations.
