You've organised your wedding, booked your suppliers and made all those important decisions. Now wouldn't it be lovely to hand over the running around to someone else?
That's where I come in!
I'll work with you in the weeks leading up to your wedding, getting to know your plans and the arrangements you've made.
On the day itself, I'll be there at your venue, liaising with suppliers, keeping an eye on timings, answering questions and looking after those little details that might otherwise fall to you or your family.
Because you've done all the hard work organising your wedding. Now it's time to enjoy it!
What's Included
Before Your Wedding
Although it's called Day-of Wedding Coordination, my involvement begins approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding.
An initial consultation to discuss your plans and arrangements.
Reviewing your wedding day timeline, suppliers and important details.
Liaising with your venue and suppliers to confirm arrangements.
Checking details such as seating plans, menus, names and timings.
Venue visits to familiarise myself with the arrangements and check the final details.
Discussing contingency plans and any special requirements.
On Your Wedding Day
I'll arrive at your venue at an agreed time, ready to look after the arrangements we've discussed.
During the day, I'll:
Act as a main point of contact for your venue and suppliers.
Check that the agreed arrangements and personal touches are in place.
Keep an eye on timings and help everything run smoothly.
Help direct guests and gather family members for photographs when needed.
Assist with signage, favours and decorations you've provided.
Help coordinate arrangements such as cake cutting and any games or activities you've planned.
Deal with questions and help sort out unexpected changes along the way.
A Little More Information
My coordination service takes place at one wedding venue, during the hours we've agreed in advance.
I'll work alongside your venue team and suppliers, but responsibilities such as moving furniture, turning around function rooms, transporting items and setting up technical equipment remain with the appropriate teams.
We'll discuss your plans beforehand so we're both clear about what I'll be looking after.
